Summary

The Tempe Union High School District would like to invite you to submit a proposal for Student Insurance . Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tuhsd , no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 5, 2025 .

The purpose of this proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to provide the District and students of the District with various voluntary student insurance coverage plans.

Background

Tempe Union High School District serves students in grades nine through twelve in Tempe, Arizona. The District is comprised of six high schools with a student enrollment of approximately 12,000 students in parts of Tempe, Chandler, and Phoenix, Arizona. Six of the sites are comprehensive high schools and Tempe Union Online, being an alternative high school. The Tempe Union High School District is a highly-performing District and is known for excellence in teaching and learning.
