Student Information System (SIS) Project Management and Consulting Services and Other Related Products and Services

Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD" or "District") is issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) #3321-25 for Student Information System (SIS) Project Management and Consulting Services. The District invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to assist the District with the implementation of the Skyward Qmlativ SIS. The selected vendor will provide resources to support the District in one or more key areas of the implementation process.

Support Areas:

Project Management – Oversee timelines, communication, and risk mitigation.

Technical Training – Train staff, develop materials, and ensure knowledge transfer.

Subject Matter Expert (Skyward Qmlativ SIS, Skyward SMS 2.0, and/or K-12 Processes)

-Provide Subject Matter Experts (SME) with Texas K-12 knowledge.

-Support SIS business analysis, implementation, and project management.

-Ensure compliance with state regulations.
District Integration:

-Align SIS with district workflows.

-Maximize staff involvement and efficiency.

-Collaborative Approach:

-Partner with the district and vendor to balance scope, timeline, and effort.

-Ensure vendor accountability for delivering the agreed solution.

-Monitor progress to support a successful SIS implementation for Lewisville ISD.

All interested parties, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this RFP in full. To be considered, all required bid attachments must be submitted, regardless of sole source status. Incomplete proposals or missing information may negatively impact the evaluation criteria.
The District reserves the right to award RFP #3321-25 to multiple Proposers offering comparable products or services (a multiple award schedule) or to a single Proposer. The decision to make multiple or single awards will be based on the District's determination of which option offers the best value.
The initial contract term will be from June 2025 to June 2027. Based on the District's long-term needs and mutual consent, with approval from the LISD Board of Trustees, the contract may be renewed for two additional two-year terms.
Initial Term: June 2025 - June 2027

Second Term (Renewal Option): June 2027 - June 2029 (Tentative)

Third Term (Final Renewal Option): June 2029 - June 2031 (Tentative)
