Student Housing Room 3D Modeling and Services

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of student housing room 3D modeling and services from Roomie Inc as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services. The provider must meet the following requirements:

- Ability to create to-scale 3D models of every unique room on campus.
- Capability to provide individualized, credentialed access for each student to their assigned room.
- Integration with StarRez.
- Support for virtual room customization (e.g., drag-and-drop furniture, measurement tools).
- Support for virtual tours and campus maps.
- Compliance with OSU's data security standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Cloud-based SaaS infrastructure.
- Ongoing support and updates without requiring on-site visits.

Roomie Inc. is the only supplier who has demonstrated they can meet all the minimum requirements. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
