University Housing is seeking qualified contractors to provide flooring services according to a predetermined schedule throughout 2025 that starts in May and lasts through August for summer turns and then starts in December and lasts through January for winter turns. Multiple vendors are expected to be awarded. The goal of this project is to select qualified contractors to execute flooring replacements within a limited time frame. This period represents our sole annual opportunity to conduct significant repairs and maintenance across several hundred apartment and residential hall units.
