Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contract to provide student dental services according to the attached DB26-003 Student Dental Services RFP Document.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code. The District reserves the right to award to multiple offerors if the District determines it is in their best interest
Contract Term: 3 years with two additional one year optional renewals
