Student Chromebooks

Project Description: The electronic equipment proposed must exactly meet the product specifications listed in this RFP. We will not accept split brand offers. All devices must be those specified below.
Chromebook:
4,450 each Lenovo 300e Chromebook Gen 4 2-in-1 (Dual Camera,w/Stylus) Touch Convertible Screen, MediaTek MT8186T processor, 8GB RAM with World Facing Camera and Integrated Pen, 32 GB SSD
AND/OR
4,450 each Lenovo 500e Chromebook Gen 5 2-in-1 (Dual Camera,w/Stylus) Touch Convertible Screen, MediaTek MT8196 processor, 8GB RAM with World Facing Camera and Integrated Pen, 32 GB SSD
White glove services required including asset tagging, engraving, enrolling in our domain, and green packaging. Devices must be boxed up by specific quantities needed per school building. Boxes must be labeled with the school name, the assets numbers and associated barcodes for each device in the box. We require an inventory spreadsheet including the asset tag, serial number, and school name on or before receipt of devices.
4,450 Chrome OS Management Licenses required.
