Amity Regional School District No. 5 invites proposals for the following: •Student Accident Insurance, Under Request for Proposal, Amity 2026-3. Sealed proposals due no later than 10:00 A.M., Thursday May 21, 2026. Proposal specifications may only be obtained on the State of Connecticut CTSource bid board website under State Contracting Portal https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/BidBoard and will be available starting 10:00 A.M., April 30, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance and Administration, District Office, Amity Regional School District No. 5, 25 Newton Road, Woodbridge, CT 06525. Amity Regional School District No. 5 reserves the right to waive errors in any proposals, to accept other than the low bidder, and reject any or all proposals at its discretion.
