Structural Upgrades- Howelsen Ice Arena Rink Header Trench Refurbishment

The City of Steamboat Springs expects that the successful proponent has carefully examined the plans prepared by Steamboat Engineering and Design (SEAD) and has provided an all-inclusive bid to successfully complete the project The structure(s) shall be constructed per plans & specs and adhere to all local authorities having jurisdiction, Community Development Code, and applicable sections of the Building Code as referenced on the contract documents.  The Contractor shall be responsible for the construction of the demolition, disposal, and installation of new structural members described in the attached plans. The successful candidate shall include in their proposal all safety, coordination with city staff, inspections, and third-party material testing agencies. It is also expected that the successful candidate can apply for a Building Permit in Routt County and will be responsible to pay for all required fees.
