The City of Waterbury, Department of Water Pollution Control (hereinafter “City”), is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to perform Structural Repairs at the Sludge Blending Tanks at the Water Pollution Control Facility as detailed and described in the Request for Proposal (the RFP) Documents.
