Project Description: The Office of Housing and Community Development handles the acquisition and disposition of buildings and vacant land owned by the Louisville/Jefferson County Landbank Authority, Inc., a partnership between Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the Jefferson County School Board. The objective of this RFP is to obtain bids for contractors to provide structural and interior property maintenance for Landbank-owned and Metro-owned vacant parcels, most of which are located in West and South Jefferson County.
