Structural & Conditions Assessment for 1 Parking Deck & Lightning Protection Designs for 2 Parking Decks

Buncombe County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from Architectural and Engineering firms interested in providing structural/conditions assessment and repair documents for one Buncombe County parking deck. Also required is the design for one new deck lightning protection system and the design for modifications to one existing deck lightning protection system. Statements of qualification will be accepted until OCTOBER 27, 2023, AT 2:00 PM for the above named items, at the Buncombe County General Services Department, 40 McCormick Place, Asheville, North Carolina, 28801. Prior experience in structural/ conditions assessments with repair resolutions and lightning protection systems design is encouraged.
