Scope of Services
The City is pleased to process a formal sealed bid for the Structure Columns at the Civic Center. The City seeks to establish a one-time purchase for structure columns for the City’s Civic Center. In addition, the City is seeking a highly qualified registered vendor with the State of Florida (sunbiz). The scope of work includes supplying and installing the structure columns, as detailed below. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, fabrication, delivery, installation, equipment, tools, cleanup, and incidentals required to complete the removal and replacement of structural support posts and associated concrete sidewalk restoration as specified herein. Work shall be performed in a complete, code-compliant, and professional manner.
