Strings Instrument Purchase

Project Description: Parkway School District (District) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide repair for the string instruments throughout the District, as well as an avenue for the procurement of new instruments. The instruments listed in this bid is a market basket representation and not a guarantee for purchase of any instrument listed. It is the District’s intent to enter into a two (2) year agreement with one or more vendors to perform the services listed herein. The District shall have two (2) options to extend this agreement for one (1) year following the completion of the initial two (2) year term with written notice to the vendor(s).
