Street Sweeping Services

The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for Street Sweeping on various streets in the City of Westfield, MA. Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to, the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085. Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of envelope: “Street Sweeping - Bid #24-031”.

Bids will be publicly opened on May 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM. No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and hour. The Purchasing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award parts of the order to separate idders if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.

Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of Mass. General laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive.
