City of Hazelwood
2024 Street Striping Pricing Form
The City of Hazelwood is looking to stripe various streets within the City Limits for the 2024 Street Striping
Project. The striping project shall be completed no later than June 30, 2024.
Completed pricing forms shall be submitted by email to Nikki Miller, Project Development Coordinator, at
mmmiller@hazelwoodmo.org or to the Public Works Department at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove
Lane, Hazelwood, MO 63042 by 12:00 PM on Friday, May 3, 2024. Due to budgetary restrictions, striping
of turn arrows, crosswalks, stop bars, yield lines and railroad crossings are listed as Alternate #1.
