Overview

Summary

The City of Milpitas ("City") is seeking bids from qualified vendors in response to this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") for 2024 Street Sealing Project - Phase 2 (Project). The project consists of rehabilitating various streets throughout the city within the limits as shown on the approved plans. Street Sealing shall include crack and slurry seal, cape seal, AC Dig out/Repair and Grind/Overlay where required. In addition, work will include minor concrete work; upgrading existing curb ramps to comply with current ADA requirements; curb and gutter repair; signing and striping; sidewalk repair; traffic signal modifications; and adjusting utility covers to finished grade shall all be completed according to these plans and all associated contract documents.
