Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-078, Street Rehabilitation – District 3. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 22, 2025. The City of Waco Street Rehabilitation – District 3 will include 14.53 lane miles of mill and overlay, pedestrian and drainage improvements on various streets across district 3.
