Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Ottawa 2026 Street Rehabilitation – Concrete Joint Patching will be received by the City of Ottawa at 101 S. Hickory Street, PO Box 60, Ottawa, Kansas, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing Concrete Joint Patching, consisting of the following approximate major quantities of work:

1. Mobilization 1 L.S.

2. Foundation Stabilization (Set Price) 1 C.Y.

3. PCCP Patching (Full Depth)(8”)(Sound) 245 S.Y.

4. PCCP Patching (Full Depth)(11”)(Sound) 719 S.Y.

5. Pavement Marking (Multi-Component)(White)(4”) 230 L.F.

6. Traffic Control 1 L.S.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
