STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT. The City of Brainerd is requesting proposals for preliminary, design and construction engineering services including corridor study, project design and development, preparation of plans and specifications, and construction/observation/testing for the Oak Street Reconstruction Project in Brainerd, MN.
