Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2026-008 Street Preservation - Thin Overlay Mix. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX, until 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 26, 2026. The City of Waco Street Preservation – Thin Overlay Mix will include 2.99 lane miles of thin overlay mix and pavement markings on various streets.
