Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-031, Street Preservation (City Wide) Thin Overlay Mix. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 24, 2025. This project will include 12.45 lane miles of thin overlay mix and various street and drainage improvements on City Streets.
