Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-011, Street Preservation – Chip seal Paving. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
