Street Pole Banners

The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept sealed bids via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg ) for 2025-IFB-043 , Street Pole Banners to be received no later than Thursday, June 12, 2025 , 1:00 pm . Bids submitted after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Village of Schaumburg is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for a contract to print and produce digitally-printed, low gloss, full-color, poly vinyl street pole banners. The banners will consist of unique full-color designs and will be printed on both sides by using one piece of vinyl that is folded and sewn together to make a double-thickness banner. The street banners are custom designed and will be custom fabricated to the same specifications that were used to produce banners currently installed within the Village boundaries. The Village is requesting that a full-size sample banner, made according to specifications provided in this Invitation for Bid be submitted with each bid. The artwork for the sample is provided by the Village.
