2025 Street Overlay

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to perform the 2025 Bentonville Street Overlay, inclusive of but not limited to the furnishing of all tools, labor and materials and performing the necessary work to be done in the street resurfacing, water valve, manhole and parking lot asphalt application. The work shall include but shall not be limited to the application of an estimated 872 (eight hundred seventy-two) tons of ACHM overlay, 10,574 (ten thousand five hundred seventy-four) square yards of Asphalt Milling to specified City streets with adjustment of manholes and water valves to grade, for the City of Bentonville Street Department. All necessary work, materials, and every item of construction shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by the City in the IFB-25-44 Bidding Summary Documents, for the City of Bentonville Street Department.

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 10:30 AM CST, located at the Bentonville Municipal Complex, 1st Floor – Transportation Department, Conference Room C105, 3200 SW Municipal Drive Bentonville, AR 72715. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 10:30 AM sharp.
