2025 Street Maintenance Project – Hot In Place Recycling (HIPR)

The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: 2025 Street Maintenance Project – Hot In Place Recycling (HIPR)

The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for approximately 190,000 square yards of hot-in-place asphalt recycling, edge milling, full depth HMAC repair, adjustment of water valves and manholes, tree pruning, traffic control, and miscellaneous striping.

Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be secured beginning Thursday, April 10. 2025. Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the following locations:

• On-line via a file share link provided by KPA Engineers. Documents may be downloaded free of charge once the link is requested from KPA. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders is received.

• At the office of Kasberg, Patrick & Associates, LP; (512) 819-9478; 800 South Austin Avenue; Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment to the Engineer, accompanied with a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, which is not refundable.

Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before of April 24, 2025 , 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
