PROPOSALS: Proposals for the work described below will be received by the office of the city engineer, City of St. Louis Park, 5005 Minnetonka Boulevard, St. Louis Park, Minnesota, electronically through BidVAULT until 10 a.m. March 19, 2026. The bid results will be available to view on BidVAULT as soon as the bids are opened by the project engineer. Bids will only be accepted if they are submitted electronically through BidVAULT. Please call the engineering department at 952.924.2656 if you are having issues with the bid submittal.
