Street Infrastructure Renewal Program - Package 25B

Submissions marked "COR7137 – Street Infrastructure Renewal Program - Package 25B" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFQ), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on March 11, 2025.

The Street Infrastructure Renewal Program (SIRP) projects are annually selected to maintaining the City's existing arterial and collector roadway infrastructure network. The City of Regina seeks entities qualified and experienced in reconstruction and rehabilitation of roads during construction season in 2025. The work includes but is not limited to:

• Road surface improvements,
• Removal and reconstruction of sidewalks;
• Water and sewer improvements;
• Traffic accomodations, landscaping, etc.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

There will be an information session regarding this competition on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, 09:00 AM CST (SK) for any interested proponents to attend. The session will take place via video conference using Microsoft Teams. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., CST.
