2025 Street Improvments

The Work generally comprises of:

-1050 lin.m of subdrain installation

-10,850 sq.m of HMAC Street Structure Repair and Paving

-Furnishing of all materials, plant, equipment, tools, supplies, temporary lighting and heating, transportation, labour and superintendence necessary for the construction of the work as herein specified and as shown on the drawings.

-Provide and maintain construction signing, barricades, temporary detours, and traffic accommodation during construction.

-Construction of subbase and base course, prime coating, asphaltic concrete paving, curb and gutter construction and perform any required removals.

-Asphalt paving within 2 weeks of removal.

-Testing all materials for approval for incorporation into the work. Compaction and asphalt tests will be conducted and paid for by the Owner.

-Cleaning up of the site.

-Attendance to pre construction meeting and progress meetings and regular updates to a submitted construction schedule.

-Repair of all defects for two years after completion of the work.
