The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to perform Street Cleaning for Various Parking Lots and Associated Short Access Roads in Loudoun County, Virginia. This IFB is for cleaning and disposing of garbage collected from the site to the approved location as designated by the County Staff.
