Sealed bids addressed to the City of Highland Village, Texas (“City”) for the 2025 Street Asphalt Overlay and Copperas Park Parking Overlay (the “Project”) in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents prepared by Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. (SPI) will be received at the office of the City Secretary of the City of Highland Village, Texas, at 1000 Highland Village Road, Highland Village, Texas 75077, until 2:00 p.m. on June 26, 2025. Bids received by the appointed time will be opened and read aloud. Any bids received after closing time will be returned unopened.
The Contractor shall identify his bid on the outside of the envelope by writing the word:
