Amendment 1, 7 July 2025 -
The purpose of this amendment is to:
1) Update Wage Determination NY20250002 to modification 9, dated 06/20/2025.
2) Revise the Statement of Work (SOW) to state that the Building 26 Section A roof membrane manufacturer warranty shall be 30 years, and the installation warranty shall be 2 years.
3) Answer questions resulting from the Government provided site visit held on 01 July 2025 @ 1000.
Question 1: Whose responsibility is to disconnect and hoist the recovery unit?
Answer 1: Base personnel will disconnect the electricity to the unit. Contractor is responsible of removing/hoisting the unit out.
Question 2: Split units have a copper condensate line attached. Who is responsible of disconnecting the units?
Answer 2: Should contractor decide to temporarily disconnect the unit, contractor is responsible of the labor. In the past similar projects, contractors managed to replace the roof under the units without the need to disconnect them. Contractor has the freedom to decide how they would like to address the replacement of the roof under the split units.
