This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Millennium Place Food Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The County is seeking proposals from a qualified firm to provide food services at Millennium Place including coffee shop services, concession or grill services, and group catering services for various events. The County’s Recreation, Parks and Culture (RPC) department prides itself on delivering a high-quality guest service experience in indoor recreation facilities. The food service provider plays an integral role within Millennium Place in shaping the guest service experience for visitors to the facility. Millennium Place is seen as an important community hub within the County serving all ages with a variety of services and programs. The food provider has an opportunity to help serve our large base of returning guests and help amplify the value that Millennium Place provides to the community by complimenting the facility with high quality products, along with excellent customer service.
