The Local Government is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather details from respondents regarding strategies to optimize residential curb-side single-stream waste collection.

This RFI seeks input from qualified vendors, service providers, and industry experts on innovative approaches to improve residential single-stream curbside waste collection efficiency and reduce operational costs. For clarity, this RFI focuses exclusively on collection optimization, not waste stream composition or diversion strategies.
