NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract STRATEGIC AND MARKETING PARTNER FOR PROMOTIONAL PROJECTS 26-066-ROE on or before August 3, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage ("County") is only accepting proposals electronically at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile ("Fax") will not be accepted.
Proposal openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for a strategy and marketing partner for the DuPage Regional Office of Education 19 (“ROE 19”). This partner shall assist ROE 19 with brand development, design and creation of marketing assets, and creative advertising recommendations and execution.

BID SUBMITTAL
Once Bidder completes all required forms, the Bidder must email their completed response to sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov.
