26-STR-04 Rangeline Improvements

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Works and Safety for the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for 26-STR-04 Rangeline Improvements via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/carmelin . Bids will be accepted until 9:00 am on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 .

Project work will include reconstruction of a portion of the northbound lane of Range Line Road from Executive Drive to City Center Drive. The project includes the removal of existing full depth pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and drive approaches. The project includes the construction of on-street parking spaces, infiltration basins, raised crosswalks, lighting, and a HMA multi-use path. .
