Stormwater Utility Feasibility Study

The City of Steamboat Springs (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a Stormwater Utility Feasibility Study to determine the feasibility of implementing a user fee-based approach to funding stormwater management.

Proposals must be submitted via the electronic submission on BidNet ( https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/cityofsteamboatsprings ) no later than 5:00 PM MST on October 28, 2024 as specified on the solicitation notice.  Please note that supplier / contractors must register on BidNet (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/) to submit their proposals electronically.
