The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified licensed sources for Stormwater Management Program Services, through professional services competitive negotiation, to assist in the implementation of the Stormwater Management Program and various improvements to the facilities owned by the Town.
Background
The Town of Herndon is the third-largest town in the Commonwealth of Virginia and home to more than 24,500 residents.
