Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a two (2) year contract for cleaning, maintenance and repair services of stormwater infrastructure and drywells. Infrastructure to include, but not limited to, catch basins, slotted drains, scupper drains, culverts, ditches, pumping stations, and stormwater pipes on an as needed basis for the City’s Water Utilities Division.
