Stormwater BMP Maintenance

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, the Town of Braintree hereby solicits bids for Town-wide maintenance of stormwater best management practices (BMPs), including subsurface infiltration systems, drainage structures, rain gardens, bioretention systems, etc. Detailed specifications are available on-line on the Town of Braintree’s website, http://www.braintreema.gov/Bids.aspx . This site is the only site for prospective bidders to obtain digital copies of official Town bid documents and/or information.

Bids shall be due on February 21, 2025 at 11:00 at the Engineering Office, on the bottom floor of the Water and Sewer building located at 85 Quincy Avenue, Braintree, MA 02184 at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.

Bid deposits, performance bonds, permits, and payment bonds are required. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. The Town of Braintree retains the right to waive any informality or reject all proposals or any portion thereof which such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Braintree in doing so. The Town of Braintree is an affirmative action/equal employment purchaser.
