Logan City is now utilizing Virtual-Bid for all bidding and contract solicitation services. No other form of bid submission shall be accepted. Entities responding to Requests for Proposal or Requests for Bid shall create an account with Virtual-Bid (at no cost) to view and propose/bid on Logan City projects.
