Project Description: The city is seeking firms to provide CCTV inspection of the City’s pipeline system in accordance with current NASSCO PACP standards. Inspections shall be completed by PACP-certified professionals using NASSCO-certified software and compliant database formats. The Contractor shall provide high-quality color video inspections, defect coding, condition grading, and supporting documentation for all inspected assets. Deliverables shall include digital video files, PACP databases, inspection reports, and defect photographs. All inspection data shall be compatible with the City’s asset management and pipe video systems.
