The City of El Reno/El Reno Municipal Authority will receive sealed bids for Storm Drainage System
Improvements in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, City of El Reno at 101 N. Choctaw, El Reno,
Oklahoma 73036 until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at which time they will be opened and
read aloud, to wit:

Remove & Replace Concrete Driveway at SW Corner of Boynton Ave and US-66
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be attached to all bids as a guarantee
that the successful bidder will, within ten (10) days of the date of notice of award, enter into
contract and file the required bonds. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the
actual date of the opening thereof.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities
without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner.
Specifications are on file in the office of Myers Engineering, Consulting Engineers, Inc., at 13911
Quail Pointe Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73134 Phone (405) 755-5325, and are available electronically
for a non-refundable payment of $50.00. Contractor will be issued a username and password to
retrieve the Specifications upon payment. Contractor must obtain plans and specifications from the
office of the Engineer and be registered on the Engineer’s bid list to be recognized as an eligible
bidder for this project.
Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modifications or revisions, so as to
reach the office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in herein.
Any proposal, modification, or revision received at the office designated in the solicitation after
the exact time specified for receipt of offers is “late” and will not be considered.
