Storm Drainage Improvements to Serve The Al Hutchins Jr. Community Center

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Storm Drainage Improvements To Serve The Al Hutchins Jr. Community Center will be received, by the City of Blakely, at Blakely City Hall ¿ 82 Court Square, Blakely, GA 39823, until 11:00 AM local time on May 22, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bids may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The Project consists of construction of +/- 18 vertical feet of manhole construction, +/- 680 linear feet of 15¿ storm drain piping, +/- 1 pond outlet structure, along with clearing & grubbing and all other items indicated in the Contract Documents - Bids submitted via mail shall be mailed to the City of Blakely at the Blakely City Hall ¿ 82 Court Square, P.O. Box 350, Blakely, GA 39823. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30 AM ¿ 5:00 P.M, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined at Blakely¿s City Hall; during the City¿s regular business hours.
