Sealed bids from licensed contractors for Storm Drainage Improvements - Bradley Park to Court Street, will be received by the City of Jasper at City Hall at 101 East Elm Street, Jasper, Arkansas, 72641 until September 25th, 2025 local time on 2:00pm and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of the addition of approximately 1,200 L.F. of HDPE, RCP and HERCP storm drainage pipes, 1,100 L.F. of grass-lined and concrete swales, and all appurtenances for a complete installation as shown on the Plans and as specified.
ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($40 cost per set obtained) at www.engineeringservices.com or through QuestCDN. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents, in either electronic or paper format, are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Engineering Services, Inc at 1207 S. Old Missouri Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72765, upon payment of $100 for each set. Make deposit checks for Bidding documents payable to “Engineering Services, Inc.”. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
