Tarleton State University (herein referred to as Tarleton) is soliciting proposals and intends to enter into an agreement for a comprehensive stored value card system. Tarleton is an institution of higher education located in Stephenville, TX. It is the intention of Tarleton to contract with a single company to provide these services for All Tarleton campuses. Vendor must have demonstrated competence in providing these services and must have the qualifications necessary to perform the services outlined in this RFP.
