Description:	Base Bid Description: Construct a new 2400 square foot storage building at the northeast portion of the Nevada State Veterans Home site. Construction to include earthwork and grading, underground utilities, concrete footings and slab on grade, concrete unit masonry walls, metal joist framing and metal decking, and asphalt shingle roofing. Interior work includes rigid insulation, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board finishes, hollow metal doors and frames and overhead coiling door. Systems include wet pipe fire sprinkler system, gas fired unit heaters, electrical and fire alarm work. Contract Time: 164 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $925.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project.
