Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Stop Loss Insurance.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will have an initial term of one (1) year.
Renewal After the initial term, the contract may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms. Annual renewal shall be contingent upon the College’s satisfaction with the services performed and the overall performance of the contractor.
