Project Description: The Austin Independent School District (herein after referred to as “AISD” or the “district”) is seeking proposals from firms/vendors/contractors qualified and experienced in providing Stop Loss Insurance for the AISD Employment Benefit Plan. Austin ISD has a self-insured Medical benefit program administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield. AISD offers one High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and one Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan. These plans differ by deductible, copay and co-insurance amounts.
