Project Description: The intent of this Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced firms for the restoration of the Stony Store located at the Denton County Historical Park. Renovation of the existing building includes interior and exterior finishes, structural modifications, HVAC, electrical and sprinkler system upgrades, deck and ramp reconstruction, foundation work, insulation, window and door replacement, and site improvements. The County reserves the right to award the CSP as it is determined to be in the best interest of the County.
