Stony Brook Drive New Sidewalk Project

Project Description: The project is titled “Stony Brook Drive New Sidewalk project” and involves enhancing pedestrian and installing new sidewalks along Stony Brook Drive from Kirby Ln. to Stara Way. The project is funded by the federal Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) Program funds.. Bidders and DBE subcontractors must be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at the time of the bid opening. All other subcontractors must be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. Bidder is required to furnish a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal established for this contract is six percent (0%) of the total value of the contract. The Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 8th, 2026 at 1:00 PM at 444 S 5th St Room 101.
